Cancellation Policy

At Pumposh, we totally get it sometimes you change your mind or need to pause life for a second. That’s why we’ve made our cancellation policy super straightforward and (mostly) stress-free. Read on to learn when and how you can cancel your order.
1. Overview

Purpose: This policy explains when you can cancel an order placed on https://pumposh.com and how to do it.

Scope: Applies to all regular, in-stock items ordered on our Site. It does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., monogrammed goods)

Clearance or “non-cancellable” sale items (clearly labeled on the product page)

Digital products (downloads, gift cards, subscriptions.

2. Cancellation Timeframes
A. Cancelling Before Shipment

Window: You can cancel your order up to 2 hours after placing it—provided that our warehouse hasn’t begun processing your order.

How It Works:

Within 2 hours: Email us or ping us on WhatsApp (details below). If we catch it in time, we’ll cancel, and you get a full refund immediately.

After 2 hours, but before “Picking & Packing”: You can still cancel if our system shows your order as “Pending” (i.e., not yet moved to “Processing”). In most cases, this is during the same business day. We’ll confirm cancellation and process a full refund.

Confirmation:

We’ll send a quick “Order Canceled” email or SMS, and the refund (if applicable) will go back to your original payment method within 1 business day on our end. The bank or payment provider typically takes 5–7 business days to reflect the funds.

B. Cancelling After Shipment
Once your order has been “Shipped” (i.e., you receive a shipping confirmation and tracking ID), it’s officially out the door. At that point:

No Direct Cancellations: You cannot cancel outright. Instead, follow our Return & Refund process (refer to our Refund Policy for details).

Return Process:

Refuse Delivery: If you see the courier at your door, simply refuse the package. It will return to our warehouse automatically (subject to carrier timelines). Once we get it back, we’ll issue a refund per our Refund Policy.

Accept & Return: If you miss the refusal window, accept the package, then email us at pumposhonline@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

3. How to Request Cancellation

Order Number (e.g., #12345)

Registered Email Address or Mobile Number used to place the order

A brief note saying, “Please cancel my order” (optional, but nice)

Our Response:

If your order is still cancel-eligible (within the 2-hour window or before processing), we’ll confirm cancellation via email/WhatsApp within 1 business hour (during business hours).

If we’ve already started processing or shipped your order, we’ll let you know how to return it instead.

4. Exceptions & Non-Cancellable Items

Custom & Personalized Products:

Orders for any custom-printed, embellished, or monogrammed items cannot be canceled once placed. We begin production immediately.

Clearance/Sale & “Non-Returnable” Items:

Products marked “Non-Cancellable” or sold at steep discounts (clearance) are final-sale. No cancellations or returns.

Digital Goods & Gift Cards:

Once your order is confirmed (e.g., a digital download link or a gift card code is generated), it cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Refunds After Cancellation

Refund Amount:

If your cancellation is approved, you’ll receive a full refund of the product price and any shipping charges you paid at checkout (if within 2 hours or before processing).

If you cancel after shipment via the return process, shipping charges (and any COD fees) are not refundable, per our Refund Policy.

Refund Method:

Refunds go back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet). We don’t offer store credit for cancellations.

Refund Timeline:

Our End: Processed within 1 business day of cancellation approval.

Bank/Payment Provider: 5–7 business days to reflect in your account (sometimes sooner).

6. Special Circumstances

Out-of-Stock Items:

If an item in your order goes out of stock before shipping, we’ll cancel that line item automatically and refund its cost. If it was the only item in your cart, your entire order is canceled.

Pricing Errors:

If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we reserve the right to cancel it (with a full refund) if you’re unwilling to pay the corrected price. We’ll notify you ASAP.
