  1. Product Descriptions: We do our best to keep product info, images, and prices accurate. But sometimes things change—colors might look slightly different on your screen, or prices might update.

  2. Pricing Errors: If a price is wrong (hey, mistakes happen), we reserve the right to cancel your order or ask if you’d like to pay the correct price. We’ll let you know ASAP.

  3. Availability: Selling out is a real thing. If an item goes out of stock after you order, we’ll notify you, cancel your order for that item, and issue a refund (no hard feelings).

5. Orders & Payment

  1. Placing an Order: Hit “Place Order” when you’ve finished shopping. You’ll get an email confirmation—keep it for your records.

  2. Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. Payment is due at checkout.

  3. Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to us; we reserve the right to accept or decline it (e.g., if we suspect fraud). If we decline, we’ll refund you immediately.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Shipping Areas: We ship across India. If your pin code isn’t serviceable, you’ll see that at checkout.

  2. Processing Time: Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days.

  3. Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. We’re in Kashmir (+0530), so sometimes remote areas take a bit longer thanks for your patience!

  4. Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once the order ships. Feel free to stalk it.

  5. Shipping Charges: Listed during checkout. Sometimes we run free‐shipping promos keep an eye out!

7. Returns & Refunds

  1. Eligibility: We got a 7‐day return window from the date you receive the product. To qualify:

    • Item must be unused, in the same condition you got it, and in the original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required.

  2. Non‐Returnable Items: Some things can’t come back (e.g., underwear, beauty products once opened, digital downloads). We’ll note those on each product page.

  3. How to Return:

    • Shoot us an email at pumposhonline@gmail.com within 7 days.

    • We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.

    • Ship the item back at your cost (unless it’s our mistake).

  4. Refund Process: Once we inspect the returned item (usually 2–3 business days), we’ll notify you. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  5. Exchanges: We don’t directly swap items. If you want something else, return the original for a refund and place a new order—sorry, that’s how it goes.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. Our Stuff: All content on https://pumposh.com/ logos, text, images, graphics is owned or licensed by Pumposh. You may not copy, distribute, or use any of it without our written permission.

  2. User Content: If you post reviews, photos, or comments (“User Content”), you grant Pumposh a non‐exclusive, worldwide, royalty‐free license to use, display, or modify that User Content in connection with our business—like sharing your stellar photos on our Instagram.

  3. Trademarks: “Pumposh” and any associated logos are trademarks of Pumposh. Don’t use them in a way that confuses people into thinking you’re us unless you’ve got our written consent.

9. Prohibited Uses

By using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Break the law or help anyone else break the law.

  • Spam, harass, or bully others.

  • Hack, scrape, or reverse‐engineer the Site.

  2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. Because Let’s keep it local and simple.

  1. Severability: If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court, that part will be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the rest of the Terms will remain in effect.

  2. Waiver: If we don’t enforce a provision of these Terms right away, it doesn’t mean we waive our right to enforce it later.
