2. Eligibility Criteria

    • You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive the product to initiate a return/refund request. After that, we can’t accept it (time flies!).

  2. Condition of the Item:

    • Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

    • If you opened the box and realize it’s not your vibe, that’s fine—just don’t use it or remove protective stickers.

  3. Proof of Purchase:

    • You must provide a valid order number and invoice (we’ll send it via email once your order ships).

  4. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items:

    • Underwear, swimwear, and personal hygiene items (once the hygienic seal is broken)

    • Beauty/Skincare products (if the seal is broken)

    • Digital downloads or gift cards

    • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., monogrammed goods)

    • Clearance/Sale items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

    • Note: We’ll always highlight non-returnable items on their product pages so you’re not blindsided. 😉

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Initiate Within 7 Days:

    • Email us at pumposhonline@gmail.com with subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Order#]”.

    • In your email, share:

      • Your Order Number

      • Product Name(s) you wish to return

      • Reason for Return (so we can improve our game)

      • Clear photos (if the item arrived damaged or defective)

  2. Receive Return Authorization (RA):

    • We’ll reply within 24–48 hours IST with either:

      • Approval + RA number + detailed return instructions, or

      • Rejection, with a clear explanation (e.g., item doesn’t meet criteria)

  3. Pack & Ship It Back:

    • Once RA is approved, securely pack the product in its original packaging.

    • Label your return package with the RA number (write RA#[your number] on the shipping box).

    • Ship to our warehouse address (we’ll include it in the RA email).

    • Return shipping cost is on you, unless:

      • The item arrived damaged/defective

      • We sent you the wrong item

4. Inspection & Approval

  1. Once Received:

    • We’ll inspect returned items within 3 business days of receiving them at our warehouse.

    • We check for:

      • Product condition (unused, tags intact, original packaging)

      • Proof of purchase (matching RA number, invoice)

  2. Approval or Rejection:

    • If everything checks out, we’ll approve your refund.

    • If the item doesn’t meet criteria (e.g., used, missing tags), we’ll reject your request and ship the item back to you (you cover return shipping back to you).

5. Refund Methods & Timeline

  1. Refund to Original Payment Method:

    • Once approved, we process your refund to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet).

    • Processing time:

      • Pumposh side: immediate (within 1 business day)

      • Bank or payment provider: up to 5–7 business days for funds to reflect in your account (sometimes fewer—yay!).

  2. Store Credit (Alternative):

    • If you’d rather keep the Pumposh love alive, you can opt for Pumposh Store Credit (100% of product value) valid for 12 months.

    • Store Credit can be used toward any future purchase on the Site—no expiration surprises.

6. Partial Refunds & Restocking Fees

  1. Partial Refunds:

    • If an item is returned with missing parts (tags, accessories) but still in resale condition, we may deduct a small amount for replacements.

    • If items are damaged due to customer misuse, no refund will be issued.

  2. Restocking Fees:

    • We typically do not charge restocking fees, because we trust you’ll do right by returning items in saleable condition. If an exception arises (e.g., extremely bulky or custom–ordered item), we’ll inform you upfront.

7. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color:

    1. Return your original item for a refund (per this policy).

    2. Place a fresh order for the new item easy peasy.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

  1. Notification Window:

    • Let us know within 3 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or defective. Shoot us an email with photos at pumposhonline@gmail.com.

  2. Free Return Shipping:

    • We’ll provide a prepaid return label. No stress about shipping costs.

  3. Resolution Options:

    • Replacement: We ship you a brand-new item (subject to stock availability).

    • Full Refund: We refund your purchase amount, including original shipping charges.

9. Cancellations

  1. Before Shipment:

    • If you change your mind immediately after ordering and the item hasn’t shipped, email us at pumposhonline@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order with subject “Cancel Order – [Your Order#]”. We’ll cancel and refund 100%.

  2. After Shipment:

    • Once your order is out for delivery, it’s in transit—you’ll need to follow the standard return process (see Section 3).
