Welcome to the nitty-gritty of how your Pumposh goodies reach you. We’re all about fast, reliable, and (mostly) drama-free delivery. Read on for the deets—because happy unboxing starts here. 

1. Overview

At Pumposh, we hustle to get your order out the door quickly. Once you click “Place Order,” our team swings into action: we pick, pack, and ship so you can rock your new stuff ASAP. This policy breaks down timelines, costs, tracking, and everything in between.

2. Processing Time

  1. Order Verification (0–1 Business Day):

    • After you place an order, we verify payment and inventory. If anything’s amiss (e.g., payment declined, out-of-stock glitch), we’ll ping you within 24 hours.

  2. Pick & Pack (1–2 Business Days):

    • Our warehouse ninjas carefully pick your items, inspect them for quality, and pack them securely (bubble wrap is our BFF). Most orders leave our facility within 1–2 business days from the order date.

  3. Holiday & Peak Season Note:

    • During festive sales, Black Friday-type events, or national holidays, processing might take an extra day. We’re human—sales spikes mean more orders to handle!

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reputable carriers (e.g., Delhivery, Ecom Express, Blue Dart, DTDC) to handle your package. Shipping options at checkout may include:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Economical, reliable, and usually sufficient for most orders.

  • Express Shipping:

    • Faster delivery (1–2 days quicker than Standard) for when you need your Pumposh haul stat. Additional charges apply.

Note: Available shipping methods depend on your location. Enter your PIN code at checkout to see which carriers service your area.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  1. Within India

    • Metro Cities (e.g., Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata):
      2–4 business days after shipping.

    • Tier 2/3 Cities & Towns:
      3–7 business days after shipping.

    • Remote Areas (e.g., certain Himalayan regions, islands):
      5–10 business days after shipping. Sometimes our delivery partners need extra road-trip time to reach you.

  2. Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery (Selected Pin Codes Only)

    • If you live in select metros, you might see a “Same-Day Delivery” or “Next-Day Delivery” option at checkout. We’ll do our best to deliver within that window—but if traffic gods or monsoons intervene, we’ll let you know.

5. Shipping Charges

  1. Free Shipping

    • Orders above ₹1,499 get free Standard Shipping (India only). We love gifting free shipping when your cart hits the sweet spot.

  2. Flat-Rate Shipping

    • Orders below ₹1,499 incur a flat ₹99 shipping charge (Standard).

  3. Express Shipping Fee

    • Varies by location; you’ll see the exact rate at checkout. Expect an extra ₹150–₹299 on top of the base shipping cost, depending on how far we have to travel.

  4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Fees

    • If you opt for COD, a COD charge applies. (Yes, cash is still king for some of us.)

Please note: promotional free-shipping offers may require a minimum cart value and apply to Standard Shipping only.

6. Tracking Your Order

  1. Order Confirmation:

    • Immediately after your purchase, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your Order Number and details.

  2. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking ID:

    • Once your order ships (usually within 1–2 business days), you’ll get another email/SMS containing:

      • Tracking ID (courier reference number)

      • Shipping Carrier Name (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart)

      • ** estimated delivery date window**

  3. Real-Time Updates:

    • Use the provided tracking link (or copy-paste the Tracking ID on the carrier’s website) to see exactly where your package is—no sleuthing required.

Pro tip: Save the tracking email so you don’t lose it in the inbox abyss.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts & Re-Shipments

  1. Failed Delivery Attempts:

    • If no one is home to receive your package, the courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. They’ll leave you a calling card or send an SMS with re-delivery instructions.

  2. Return to Sender:

    • After 2 unsuccessful attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse. If that happens, we’ll notify you.

  3. Re-Shipping Charges:

    • If the package is returned and you still want the item, you’ll need to pay a new shipping charge to re-send it. Alternatively, you can request a full refund (minus original shipping costs).

To avoid misses, share any “Leave with neighbor” or “Ship to office” notes in your shipping address.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

  1. Lost Packages:

    • If tracking shows your order as delivered but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors, building security, or family members first. If still MIA, email us at pumposhonline@gmail.com with:

      • Order Number

      • Tracking ID

      • A brief explanation of the situation

    • We’ll open a courier investigation and either:

      • Reship your order (subject to stock)

      • Issue a full refund

    • Investigation typically takes 3–7 business days—hang tight; we’ll expedite what we can.

  2. Damaged on Arrival:

    • If your item arrives damaged (think crushed box, broken hardware), snap clear photos of both the outer packaging and damaged product. Email us at pumposhonline@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label.

    • Once we get the damaged item back, you can choose:

      • A replacement (if in stock)

      • A full refund (including original shipping fee)

  3. Incorrect Item/Shipped Wrong:

    • If we goofed and sent the wrong product, we’re on it. Email pumposhonline@gmail.com with:

      • Order Number

      • Photo of the product you received (if possible)

    • We’ll arrange a prepaid return and ship the correct item ASAP—no extra cost to you.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Pumposh ships within India only. We’re working on leveling up to go global, but for now, our remote-control hands are limited to domestic deliveries. 🌏✈️

10. Address Changes & Cancellations

  1. Before Shipment:

    • If you realize you goofed on your address or want to cancel, email pumposhonline@gmail.com immediately (preferably within 1 hour). We’ll do our best to halt processing. If we succeed, we’ll refund you in full. If we’ve already shipped, you’ll need to follow the return process once it arrives.

  2. After Shipment:

    • Courier carriers rarely allow mid-transit address changes. If the order is already in transit, reach out to the courier’s local hub with your tracking ID—they might be able to redirect it. Pumposh can share supporting docs, but we can’t guarantee success.
